Jane Foster - Lady Thor: Love and Thunder - Super Hero

Natalie Portman plays Jane Foster in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She appears in the Thor films as Thor's (Chris Hemsworth) crush. Since the Thor: Love and Thunder project was launched, Jane Foster's character has finally been able to upgrade her role from Marvel Studios. Natalie Portman was then introduced as Lady Thor.

The name Lady Thor sticking out on the internet marks the first appearance of a female Thor. But in the comics, Jane Foster is not called Lady Thor, but Mighty Thor. Seeing that there are so many comic references in the teaser trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder which was released earlier this week, there is a possibility that Jane Foster's name will follow the comic as well.

Jane Foster as Mighty Thor was introduced in the comic The Mighty Thor, written by Jason Aarons. In the comic, Jane Foster is not a healthy woman in her ordinary life.

She was diagnosed with acute breast cancer and underwent chemotherapy. At one point in his life, he was able to lift Mjolnir which an ordinary human could never.

Jane Foster's superpowers then came from there and turned her into a goddess like Thor. He has incredible endurance, speed, stamina, and super strength like the Thor we know.

Although his ability to control lightning is not as advanced as Thor, but he can maximize the power of Mjolnir more than anyone.

Unfortunately without Mjolnir, Jane Foster remains weak and returns to her dying body. He can survive only when he transforms into Mighty Thor.

The appearance of Mighty Thor in the comics coincided with Thor who was in turmoil in his life. Thor could no longer hold on to Mjolnir and when he saw a woman able to do that, he was shocked.

In the course of the story, Jane Foster decides to raise Mjolnir because she feels that people need protection when Thor is not around.

Jane Foster's transformation into Mighty Thor is not without risks. The more he changed, the more acute his illness became. In the comics, there is no happy ending for Jane and Thor.
